Doug Toole, P.T.

Doug has practiced physical therapy since graduating from the Stanford University School of Physical Therapy in 1964. He has been a staff member at Orthopaedic Hospital in Los Angeles, CA and Holy Cross Hospital (now Salt Lake Regional Hospital). He served as Director of Physical Therapy at Holy Cross Hospital for four years prior to opening Professional Therapy Clinic, Inc., a private practice in Salt Lake City.

Professional Therapy Clinic, Inc. provided physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy services in the Salt Lake City area for over 20 years. During his career Doug has provided physical therapy services to the athletic teams at North Summit, South Summit and Jordan High Schools. He continues to provide these services to North Summit High School. Doug and his partner Greg Gardner sold Professional Therapy Clinic in 1998. Since that time he has provided consulting services to MountainTop Physical Therapy and Wellness Center in Park City.

Doug is a game official in the National Football League, a position he has held for 19 years. He was also a teacher and coach at South Summit High School and Moffat County Junior High School.

Preston Hall, PT, CSCS

Preston has a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University (1995) and his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (1997). Preston has specialized in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy/sports medicine over the last ten years. Preston is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (through the National Strength & Conditioning Assoc.) and has been the administrator over both PT clinics as well as fitness centers. For the last four years, Preston has been the owner and operator of MountainTop Physical Therapy & Wellness Center in Park City, Utah. He continues to see a wide variety of patients and enjoys the utilization of therapeutic exercise with manual therapy to facilitate his patients’ rehabilitation and progression into full-body conditioning and preventive exercise. Preston, along with Doug Toole, has also helped provide athletic training and physical therapy services to North Summit High School since 2000.
